Pat Weibel joined SRS’ Capital Markets team in 2021 as senior vice president. With nearly 17 years of real estate experience, he focuses on the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant retail properties in gateway markets, with an emphasis on the Western U.S. He has more than $5 billion of capital markets transaction experience over the course of his career, including acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent debt, and equity recapitalizations. Most recently, Pat was a director at a large national brokerage where he focused on retail investment sales. Prior, he was executive vice president at Pacific Star Capital where his team focused on ground-up developments for national tenants such as Whole Foods, Target, and Wawa. Pat was also a senior director at Thor Equities, where he opened the company’s Chicago office.
