Current Responsibilities
Patrick Nugent joined JLL’s Downtown Leasing Team in 2006. As a member of the firm’s leasing group, Patrick focuses his energy on representing both Tenants and Landlords in the Downtown Boston office market as well as across the United States and internationally.
Experience
One of Patrick’s notable features is his reputation as a trusted partner who continues to drive results for his clients. Patrick is the co-lead of the team responsible for the repositioning of One Beacon Street, a 1,000,000 square-foot, Class A office tower on behalf of MetLife and Norges. Since the team has taken over the project in 2017, they have completed over 250,000 SF of transactions including over 120,000 SF of technology and Cambridge-based tenants.
In addition, Patrick has significant experience advising tenant’s on office and industrial real estate transactions locally, nationally and internationally.
