With over 29 Years Commercial Real Estate Experience. Pat started his real estate career in 1984 at the Seeley Company now known as Colliers International in Los Angeles. During his 10 years, he was named Partner and was consistently in the top 10 company wide in production. After Seeley Company, Pat became a Partner and co owner ofJ.W. Lewis Co., Inc. based in Cerritos, California. During this time Pat continued his representation of companies and Property Owners throughout the Southern California area. This led to multiple assignments with companies looking to acquire Warehouse facilities throughout the Western United States. Pat was also involved in identifying value added opportunities for an Investment Group he was a part of. This resulted in the acquisition of 15 Industrial warehouse facilities, primarily in the Greater Los Angeles area.
In 2007, J.W. Lewis Co. was acquired by another Regional Brokerage Company, at which time Pat joined two long term business partners at PGP Realty, Inc.
