Patrick McGlohn is a Senior Managing Director for the Mortgage Banking platform out of the DC Metro office. In this role, Patrick will arrange debt and equity for multifamily and commercial real estate investors. Prior to Berkadia, McGlohn was at PGIM Real Estate, where he served as Executive Director. With over 15 years of experience, Patrick has completed transactions on a broad range of asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hospitality and self-storage. During his career, Patrick has closed more than $15 billion of multifamily and commercial transactions throughout the United States.
