About
Patrick Gallagher is an Executive Vice President in the CBRE Milwaukee office as part of the Capital Markets Investment Properties group. He brings more than 28 years of experience representing private equity and institutional clients across all asset classes including the sale of over 10,000 apartment units, hundreds of retail, office and industrial buildings, plus development land and golf courses. Patrick and his team have significant receivership and troubled asset advisory experience, working with financial institutions in the evaluation, takeover, management and disposition of numerous troubled assets and notes. He has been involved with portfolio and single asset sale transactions in excess of $6.5 billion. Prior to joining CBRE, Patrick was President and CEO at Siegel- Gallagher, a Milwaukee commercial real estate firm he co–founded in 1995. Patrick led the firm’s investment property sales team as well as setting the strategic direction for the brokerage and property management companies. Before coming back to Milwaukee to start the firm, he began his investment sales career in Chicago.
