Patrick J. Dugan is an Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Brooklyn office, focusing on both tenant and landlord representation. Patrick first joined Cushman & Wakefield in a management role, serving as Managing Director of New York brokerage operations from 2014 to 2016. In that role, he was responsible for pipeline management and production of approximately 150 office leasing brokers. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Patrick served as a broker at CBRE Group, Inc. with a focus on commercial leasing in the Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn markets. Since transitioning back into brokerage in early 2016, Patrick, a lifelong Brooklynite, has been a key member of the Brooklyn leasing team, focused on growing Cushman & Wakefield’s market presence by leveraging his knowledge of the firm’s platform, his vast landlord representation experience, and his longstanding relationships throughout the borough.
