About
Patrick Dugan is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York. He started his career in Real Estate working in general contracting in 2010, developing luxury stick-build homes in northern New Jersey. He then transitioned to managing subcontractors on large industrial repositioning projects for Egan Properties LLC, a company operated by the owner of Central Jersey Trucking and Rigging, who employed him as a rigger at the time. He then received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University of Rome in Rome, Italy. During his undergraduate studies he co-founded and successfully exited a Bus and Touring company operating in Italy's Lazio and Campania regions with Autolinee Sellitto. After graduation he returned to Real Estate at VCPRE where he organized and executed a strategic partnership with Blackstone-backed Corsini RE based in Milan. At VCPRE he initially focused on multifamily and development site assets in Greenpoint, and later shifted his concentration into Industrial assets in New Jersey and Brooklyn.
