Patrick Decker joined Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office in 2019 as an Associate specializing in office leasing and tenant representation. As a member of an elite leasing team, Patrick focuses on business development for both local and national accounts. Patrick has made an immediate impact at Cushman & Wakefield, and has represented tenants in the Financial Services, Life Sciences, Marketing and Distribution/Logistics industries in just his first year. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Patrick was employed by PitchBook Data, a private equity research provider. In that role, he specialized in business development with a variety of clients ranging from investment banks to private equity groups and law firms. As a former college athlete, Patrick understands the importance of teamwork and collaboration with colleagues and clients to achieve the optimal outcome and his work ethic and determination support this success.
