Patrick Cruz joined Stream in 2021 and serves as a Senior Associate for the Dallas Office Leasing Team. Patrick focuses on proactively leasing office properties and identifying strategic opportunities for his clients. Additionally, he is a key part of Stream’s business development efforts working closely with leadership to identify areas to grow the Stream office platform. Patrick’s business acumen with clients and relationship-first approach allowed him to complete 80 transactions totaling 500,000 SF in 2022. A sample of his clients includes DRA Advisors, JP Morgan Asset Management, Fenway Capital Advisors, and Wolverine Interests. Patrick earned his BBA in Finance from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. Patrick relocated from Monterrey, Mexico, to Texas over a decade ago and as of September 2022, he proudly calls the United States home.
