Patrick Barkley is a Principal in Gantry’s Phoenix office. He has been involved in commercial real estate for over 25 years and has been with Gantry since 2006. Patrick has provided financing for properties across the country and works directly with insurance companies, agencies, banks, and conduit lenders. Over the last three years he has closed over $300MM in loans with more than half of the loans in multi-family, manufactured housing, and park model communities. Patrick feels that one of Gantry’s greatest strengths is the ability to provide the “full menu” of lender options on the front end of the transaction, and then continue to assist the borrower throughout the term of the loan with their incredible loan servicing group. Patrick is an Arizona native. He and his wife Allison have two sons, Michael and Matthew.
