A native of Miami, Patty received a BS in Business Administration from Miami-Dade College and became licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1992.
After a few years of residential practice with Century 21, she switched to commercial in the property management department with Airport Key Corporation at Airport Corporate Center, which gave her the multi-tenant landlord’s perspective of managing both physical plant and tenant relationships.
Patty has over 15 years of experience in sales, leasing and property management in the West Airport/Doral/Medley and Miami Lakes/Hialeah area, representing both landlords and tenants.
Among her past clients are the following: Dilpack, Manzo Foods, MiniClip, Trendsettah, Joya Industries, Subway, Sanchelima, Samlut & Co., and Tap Express.
