Patricia Friend joined CBRE in 2012 as a member of the South Florida Retail Investment Properties Team where she focuses on the sale of multi-tenant retail centers in South Florida and single tenant retail investment properties throughout Florida. Ms. Friend is also the team’s senior financial analyst and marketing coordinator, providing Argus cash flow modeling and assistance with client due diligence, in addition to creating the team’s marketing materials and offering memoranda. The team is part of CBRE’s Capital Markets Group and has successfully represented many institutions, along with numerous private investor groups, in the acquisition and disposition of their retail property assets. During her tenure with CBRE she has participated in over $400 million of commercial retail transactions.
