Patrick L. Pollan, CPM® has served as a principal of several commercial real estate companies over the last 29 years and is currently Principal/Managing Broker of Pollan Hausman Real Estate Services, LLC. Pollan’s primary area of expertise is locating space for companies and governmental entities and agencies and negotiating favorable terms for them to acquire the space through lease or purchase. His background with property management also gives him additional insight in the negotiating process for his clientele, which varies from oil and gas companies, law firms, accounting firms, engineering firms, to medical and dental clients. He first recognized the unique real estate needs of the public sector over twenty five years ago. Too often the real estate community did not view the public sector as valued tenants and as a result many governmental and non-profit leases had terms less beneficial than one would find in the market place as a whole.
