Pat Marsh, SIOR has been involved in industrial real estate in Las Vegas since 1996. He began with CB Richard Ellis where he specialized in tenant and landlord representation. In 1998, when Colliers established a presence in Southern Nevada, Pat left the CB office to work for Colliers. With over 25 years of experience, Pat is a seasoned Broker in Southern Nevada and has been one of the top producers in the Las Vegas office for over a decade. During his tenure, Pat has completed over 1,000 industrial transactions with a total consideration in excess of $1.25 billion, including $485 million in transactions over the past 24 months. Pat Marsh and Sam Newman have been partnered since 2010 and have a combined experience of 40+ years marketing industrial real estate properties in Southern Nevada.
