Patrick Colwell joined CBRE in 2014, and currently serves as a Senior Vice President for Investment Properties, covering the northern suburbs of New York City including Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT.
Mr. Colwell has over 28 years of experience with both acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties ranging in value from $5 million to $250 million spanning office, multifamily, development, and private equity transactions throughout the United States. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Colwell served as a Principal at Longitude Capital Advisors where he created a special servicing platform for acquisitions valued at over $3.5 billion in loan pools for banks and private equity investors throughout the United States.
