Parks Brown joined Stream Realty Partners in February 2022 serving as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Capital Markets team based in Charlotte, NC, and overseeing the Carolinas. He is responsible for the financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation efforts for the acquisition and disposition of multiple asset classes on behalf of private owners and institutional investors.
Prior to joining Stream, Parks was a Vice President with the Transwestern Office Agency Leasing team based in Atlanta, GA, representing a wide range of ownership groups in the leasing and repositioning of urban high rise towers, suburban mid-rise buildings, single-story flex business parks, and mixed-use developments, executing over 350 lease transactions with a total aggregate value of $500 million. During his tenure with Transwestern, Parks was named Transwestern Rookie of the Year (2017) and Transwestern National Rising Star (2018).
Parks graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University, where he was an active member of the men’s golf team.
