Current Responsibilities Mr. Sherrill is a Vice President with the investment sales team within Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels & Hospitality Group and is based in Dallas, Texas. His primary responsibilities include financial underwriting, understanding and effectively communicating complex scenarios, discussing opportunities with potential investors, conducting investor site inspections, organization and preparation of marketing materials, and legal document review. Experience Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels & Hospitality Group, Mr. Sherrill worked at HFF’s Dallas office as a Financial Analyst focused primarily on hospitality investment sales & debt placement. Throughout his career he has been involved in the sale or debt placement of more than 16,500 hotel rooms, totaling over $1.9 billion in transaction volume. Of the $1.9 billion of transaction volume, over $1.3 billion was executed in the state of Texas.
