A Senior Vice President in Colliers International's Boston office, Ovar Osvold is a member of the South-West Suburban Team, primarily focusing on the leasing and sales of office, industrial, flex, and land assets. He has spent his entire career focusing his area of expertise within Southwest Massachusetts, which has allowed him to establish a large client network. Mr. Osvold's experience provides a strong foundation in corporate real estate and an understanding of the essential drivers behind business/workplace strategy, financial analytics and lease/sale negotiations.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Osvold served as a Vice President at NAI Hunneman on the Suburban Brokerage team. There, he was involved in over 5 million square feet of transactions and his team was consistently one of the top producers at the firm.
