Norm joined Bradford Allen in 2018; he specializes in landlord representation and is based in the firm’s Oak Brook office as part of the Agency Services team. Norm’s primary responsibility is to provide strategic leasing initiatives and solutions for institutional landlords throughout Chicago’s Northwest and East-West submarkets, where he has represented over 2.5 million square feet of office space during his career. Norm has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has developed relationships with both institutional and entrepreneurial clients including Sperry Equity, Sovereign Partners, Barings Advisers, Franklin Street Properties, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Northwestern Mutual Real Estate Investments, Columbia Property Trust, and KBS Realty. Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Norm worked with Jones Lang LaSalle as a Senior Vice President and increased their suburban portfolio by 1.3 million square feet of new listings. He also spent three years with Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director and was a Vice President at Trammel Crow, where he carried out similar duties.
