Norman J. Kravetz is the managing member and principal owner of Realty Bancorp Equities, LLC. He is also the owner of Realty Bancorp, Warner World, The Kravetz Company, Kravetz Capital Funding, Norman J. Kravetz Enterprises, Topanga Warner Financial Center and Colorado Capital Calabasas. He is the current co-owner of Budget Rent a Truck, Beverly Hills Polo Club, and RBE Capital Partners and the prior co owner of Oakmont Mortgage. The RBE family of companies owns and operates over $200 million of real estate located in Southern California. RBE Capital Partners and Kravetz Capital Funding provide financing and consulting services for JH Capital Group in the acquisition of consumer debt portfolios. In 1971, Norman J. Kravetz Enterprises began its development process through design construction and syndication of multi-tenant and residential development.
