Noble Carpenter is responsible for oversight and expansion of the firm’s capital relationships and assisting with the strategic growth of the company. He brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate investment and leadership experience to Banyan.
Prior to joining Banyan Street Capital, Mr. Carpenter served as the President of Capital Markets and Investor Services at Cushman & Wakefield Americas, where he was responsible for the integration of Cushman & Wakefield’s and DTZ’s Capital Markets platforms after their merger in 2015. Under his leadership, Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets business grew to approximately $700M in revenue by 2018. In 2011, he joined Cassidy Turley and lead its national Capital Markets business while simultaneously serving on the Board of Directors and chairing its Audit Committee. Mr. Carpenter spent over 20 years of his career at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he held a number of leadership positions. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Urstadt Biddle Properties (NYSE: UBP), the Board of Advisors of One Love Foundation (https://www.joinonelove.org/) and the Urban Land Institute (Vice Chair UDMUC-Silver).
