Noam Katz is a Co-Founder and President of Agile Capital Partners. Mr. Katz has over ten years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets. With experience in unique structuring, he has participated in a wide variety of non-conforming real estate transactions across all major asset classes. Noam Katz facilitated the first securitization of a purpose-built Co-Living asset and helped define valuation methodology for Co-Living. He was formerly a member of the Capital Markets Team at GFI Capital Resources Group and Eastern Union. Noam Katz holds a BA from New York University’s Gallatin School with a concentration in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship.
