Nicole Schmidt is a Director for B6 Real Estate Advisors’ Capital Advisory Division. Ms. Schmidt specializes in debt and equity placement on behalf of commercial real estate owners with a focus on the middle-market space in the Queens, New York.
Prior to joining B6, Ms. Schmidt was an Analyst at Alpha Capital working in debt and structured finance. In this role, Ms. Schmidt oversaw the underwriting, offering memorandums and project due diligence from start to project closing that totaled over $700M in transactions. Before Alpha Capital, Ms. Schmidt worked as a Transaction Management Analyst at JLL, in Chicago, Illinois.
Ms. Schmidt earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Financing and Commercial Real Estate. At Marquette, she was a member of the Marquette University Honor Roll, The Center of Real Estate Club and was part of the Eisenberg Case Competition.
Ms. Schmidt is an active member of a number of trade organizations and local charities including NAIOP, Marquette University – REALM, REBNY, REFA Young Professionals, Met Young Professionals, Big Brother and Big Sisters and Food Bank for New York.
