Nick DeCotiis focuses on leasing and sales activities in the Northern New Jersey area and across the United States; with a primary focus in office tenant and agency representation. He came to JLL in 2018, bringing teamwork skills he developed from working in various fields before coming to JLL. Nick was previously at MAR Acquisitions where he focused on construction management and the development of Jersey City. He received a B.S. in Advertising and Psychology from the University of Colorado in the school of Journalism. Outside of JLL, Nick is on the Corenet membership committee, as well as an advocate for the KDB Charity and a founding member of The Dear Heart Foundation.
