Mr. Waner is an Associate within the acquisitions team for the company. Prior to joining Harbor Associates, Mr. Waner was an investment sales Analyst for JLL Capital Markets where he underwrote multi-tenant retail, office and industrial assets throughout the western region of the United States. Over his real estate career, Mr. Waner has underwritten over $3 billion in commercial real estate investments and has been involved in closing over $300 million in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to the start of his commercial real estate career, Mr. Waner held several roles at Andersen, an international, leading, public accounting firm, where he focused on tax consulting and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals. Mr. Waner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California.
