Nick Severson is an Associate in Gantry’s Irvine office, providing support with debt originations. Nick is responsible for underwriting potential deals, conducting market research, preparing investment packages, and coordinating due diligence to help administer the closing process. Nick is a graduate from the University of Georgia, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, specializing in large data sets. Nick is a current master’s student in the University of California Irvine’s Real Estate Certificate Program, as well as a UCI team member in NAIOP’s 2025 OC Real Estate Challenge. He is also a member of NAIOP. Prior to joining Gantry, Nick was an Analyst at Bixby Land Company, a private real estate investment trust focused on industrial acquisitions. Here, he honed his real estate background, underwriting millions of square feet. Beyond his professional endeavors, Nick stays active by swimming, golfing, skiing, and yoga, to go along with reading in his leisure. He is an avid sports fan, headlined by football and Formula One.
