Career summary Nick is a Managing Director in the San Diego office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate investment advisory. He is primarily responsible for originating investment advisory transactions throughout Southern California. Over the course of his career, Nick has completed in excess of $3.9 billion in office and industrial real estate transactions. Nick started at HFF in February 2012. Before that, he was a senior vice president at CBRE in the firm’s Investment Properties Group. He began his career with CBRE’s predecessor, Coldwell Banker Commercial.
