My name is Nick Mejerski and I am a Partner of the Tuvia Group of Marcus & Millichap. I run our group's Multifamily & Land-Development activity in the Northwestern quadrant of the City of Los Angeles. My deal flow is prominent in Beverly Hills, Beverly Grove, Melrose, Fairfax, Miracle Mile, Hollywood Hills, Hancock Park, West Hollywood, and their surrounding communities. In 2017, I was initially recruited by Jason Tuvia, Senior Managing Director of Investments, as an underwriter for the team. I became familiar with the intricate elements of accurately evaluating a client’s assets and expanded on the team's marketing momentum. Since then, I've transitioned into a full-time agency position. In this role I've received a few accolades worth mentioning; in 2020 I received the "Rising Star" Award, in 2022 I reached full Partner status with the group and began mentoring other agents.
