Nick Masson was born and raised in Forest Hills, New York. Nick left the concrete jungle of NYC to attend the College of Santa Fe in New Mexico. After many years on the audition circuit and working regional theaters and national tours, he shifted into the Retail Brokerage Business in 2011.
Nick joins the team here at TSCG where he will continue to focus on Landlord Representation in the Outer Boroughs and Manhattan. Some of Nick’s notable transactions with tenants include Foot Locker, Popeye’s, Splendid, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Bareburger, Smoothie King, Sherwin Williams, Bank of America, Burger King, and CKO Kickboxing. Nick has handled leasing for Crown Acquisitions, Vanbarton, VEREIT, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp, & Urban Edge, just to name a few. Nick is a member of ICSC. He now resides in Astoria, Queens with his wife and son.
