As an Associate of the Capital Markets Division at Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc., Nick specializes in advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties nationwide, with much of his focus dedicated towards the Midwest region. Prior to his role as an Associate, Nick spent his initial 2 years with Quantum as an Analyst, where he attained his knowledge of both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail assets. During his time as an Analyst, Nick underwrote retail assets that exceeded $500M in transactional value. Nick credits his summer of 2019, during which he completed an internship program with Quantum, as the main reason behind his goal of one day becoming a commercial real estate broker. Nick graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Communication Studies, while simultaneously earning a Certificate of Entrepreneurship by completing the Entrepreneurial Management program.
