Nicholas J. Pavlakovich is Vice Chairman in the Denver office of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado (previously Cushman Realty Corporation), where he has been since 1990. Mr. Pavlakovich has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in office leasing.
