Mr. Mulligan is a new addition to The Anton Group. His primary focus is on office, mixed-use and multifamily in Manhattan.
Nicholas attended Bryant University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics, along with double minors in Marketing and Communications. While at Bryant, Mr. Mulligan was on the varsity baseball team, winning three consecutive regular-season NEC championships. As a lifelong New Yorker, Mr. Mulligan is very familiar with the New York market. From a young age, Nicholas has always had a passion for real estate and development. Following his college career, he decided to pursue his passion in his home city with The Anton Group.
In his free time, Nicholas enjoys playing hockey and golf, as well as spearfishing. During the summer, Nicholas and his childhood friends run 'Spread the Swell,' a non-for-profit surf summer camp.
