Nelson Wei has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry prior to joining to ADV, and covers the China market. Prior to ADV, Nelson was the Executive Director and Head of Greater China Region at 3M, where led overall investments and M&A for China, Southeast Asia, and North Asia regions. Previously, he also worked with Clarity Partners, Crosslink Capital, Jefferies and Google. Nelson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is fluent in English and Chinese.
