Nelson Lee is an investment sales specialist based in the Manhattan office and will be focused on investment advisory services with Pan-Asian Family Offices and Institutional Investors transacting in New York City Hospitality. He has been responsible for identifying scores of real estate opportunities throughout New York with leading American and international investors, retailers, developers, and institutional clients providing services ranging from owner representation to advisory and investment sales. He has 20 years of real estate experience with approximately $1.6 billion in aggregate real estate transactions to its credit.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Lee founded NCL Capital in 2009. NCL Capital focused on providing data-driven analytics along with service to help clients acquire, sell, and borrow on commercial assets. Previously, Lee was also a managing director at Voltaire Capital’s family office specializing in Commercial Acquisition and Financing before opening his real estate investment firm. He was the company’s top producer during his six years of employment, advising on most of the transactions.
Lee graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. He enjoys spending time with his family as well as golf, fishing, and traveling. He currently resides in Battery Park, Manhattan with his wife and three boys.
