Neil King is a Vice Chairman in CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services Group in New York, NY. Neil specializes in representing landlords in repositioning and leasing assets throughout the Tri-State and understands the unique aspects of value creation through physical and tenant transformation. His involvement in leasing assignments goes well beyond a traditional role and extends into pre-acquisition underwriting, capital considerations relative to rental implications and in many circumstances, he participates in the sale of assets that he has repositioned. He currently represents more than 12 million square feet of premier office assets and has completed more than 4 million square feet of leasing transactions throughout New York City ranging from trophy assets in the Plaza District to pre-war, large-block assets in Midtown South.
Neil also specializes in the representation of many high-level private financial firms and technology companies in the acquisition of office space and the development of occupancy strategies in New York and around the country.
