Mr. Shiver has been active in leasing real estate since 1995. Working primarily with tenants and owners in the Atlanta industrial market, Mr. Shiver utilizes his experience in real estate and years of demonstrated successful sales and marketing results to assist his clients with their business needs. Prior to joining King Realty, Mr. Shiver worked in the technology business with companies such as AT&T and Nortel Networks where he was consistently a top performer. During this time, he provided a broad portfolio of products and services including Multi-service Switches, routers, eBusines solutions, Global Professional Services, etc. for optical, wireless, wire line and internet applications. Preceding his technical career, Mr. Shiver enjoyed a varied background including positions as the National Sales and Marketing Manager for a small textile mill, Territory Manager for Burlington Industries and as a Sales Representative for an Independent Rep firm.
