He is licensed in New York and Florida, with specializations in the Soho/ NoHo and Nolita neighborhoods as well as Miami. Born in New York and raised between Manhattan and Bergen County, NJ, Neal attended Baruch College. His strong background in sales, marketing, finance, and real estate affords him a diverse skill set that is business-based and client service is driven. Neal has lived on the Upper East Side, the East Village over the years and currently resides in SoHo plus owns property in Sunny Isles, Florida. He speaks Russian and English, enjoys contemporary art, and frequents art galleries in Chelsea in his spare time.
