Nate Mallon is a Brooklyn-based commercial real estate broker specializing in first-generation retail, office, and community-facility leasing and sales. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Verada, Nate has leased and sold over 300,000 square feet of retail space in North Brooklyn and represents more than 200,000 square feet of active inventory across Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Gowanus, and Downtown Brooklyn. Nate has been the lead broker on some of the borough’s most high-profile transactions, including the relocation of Brooklyn Brewery (41,000 SF) and Acme Smoked Fish (18,000 SF) to 1 Wythe Avenue, the Barry’s Bootcamp flagship lease at 510 Driggs Avenue, and multiple retail condo sales and FRESH program grocery leases. A winner of REBNY’s Henry Hart Rice Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award (2023) and multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards, Nate is also the current Chair of REBNY’s Brooklyn Commercial Committee.
