Nathan, as CFO of MDH, oversees all aspects of financial operations, capital markets, and corporate compliance while maintaining relationships with lenders, investors, and key stakeholders. Prior to joining MDH, Nathan served as Senior Vice President and Senior Controller at Stonemont Financial Group, a real estate development and investment firm where he oversaw comprehensive financial operations. His responsibilities included managing accounting, treasury, and finance functions including serving on the investment committee. Previous to Stonemont, Nathan was Vice President at State Street Bank responsible for fund accounting operations for closed and open-ended institutional real estate funds. Prior to this he served as Vice President and Assistant Controller with JLL overseeing accounting operations for a portfolio of over 325 assets and over 30 diverse clients including regional investors, institutional and publicly traded REITs.
