Nathan Ande is an investment associate at Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan Office. He specializes in industrial properties in the Queen’s market. Particularly focused in Long Island City, Astoria, Sunnyside, Maspeth, and Ridgewood. Within his first year he has secured over $100 million in listings with the firm.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked in residential sales and apartment leasing for Corcoran in the Upper Westside Office. Prior to arriving to New York, he held roles as a Financial Analyst for GE Digital and worked in asset disposition for the 3rd largest retailer in the US, Kroger. A career highlight, he sold off a decommissioned store for $3.6 million located in Raleigh, NC during his first year on the Surplus Asset Team.
Nathan is a University of Cincinnati graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Real Estate with a focus in commercial real estate development. Nathan enjoys being a big foodie and loves traveling to the different boroughs for the great ambience of interesting restaurants. If he’s not walking the city, you can catch him cruising it on his One-wheel pint.
