Nate Hyman, principal of Polaris Funding, was a Senior Managing Director at a leading national firm, one of the largest mortgage brokerage houses servicing the commercial real estate sector. Mr. Hyman’s orchestration of debt for the small to top-tier player is executed at an increasing pace, and Mr. Hyman is widely consulted by real estate professionals of every flavor. Over the course of his career, Nate brokered a total of over $7 billion in financing, maintaining a growth rate that establishes Nate as a trailblazer in the commercial real estate market.

In addition to Wall Street Shops and large lenders, Mr. Hyman has originated billions of transactions with small to mid-capped banks, working with a new wave of lenders who are establishing their presence in the post-recession climate.
