Originally from Lima, Perú, Natalia has been selling real estate since 2006 specializing in new development sales.
In 2014, she joined One Sotheby’s International Realty to become part of a unique multi-use, development, in Broward County, where she was recognized as “2017 & 2018 Top Producer” by ONE Sotheby’s International Development Division. Natalia has been successfully selling and implementing different marketing strategies and programs to sell to an international market, focusing mainly in Central and South America and Europe. In 2017 she was appointed Sales Director of the $1.5 billion dollar development. As Director of Sales, Natalia led a team of in-house agents plus administrative staff running daily operations, conducting sales training, creating and packing programs to accelerate sales and develop new international markets.
Natalia is part of NCYA -Nicklaus Children’s Young Ambassadors at Nicklaus Children Hospital. One her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, running, exploring new restaurants in Miami and traveling.
Natalia holds a BA in Public Relations and an MBA from Florida International University.
