Moses Sioni is the Managing Partner at Value Partners, where he develops and oversees implementation of the firm’s short- and long-term strategy and objectives. Moses leads the Investor Relations Committee and serves as the chair of the Investment Committee.
Prior to founding Value Partners, Moses was a Principal at Sioni & Partners, an investment sales firm that provided advisory services exclusively to building sellers. Its client portfolio included a diverse group of corporations, investment funds, and private investors. Moses has been involved in the sales of approximately 100 properties with an aggregated value of more than $900 million across the North American, European and Middle Eastern capital markets.
Moses has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with extensive knowledge, credibility and relationships within the New York City investment and brokerage community. His past positions include an acquisition and asset management role at GFI Capital Resources Group that focused on multifamily properties in the Southeast markets, and investment sales roles at Marcus & Millichap and Besen & Associates, both in New York City.
