Lauren Hochfelder is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) and Head of MSREI Americas. Prior to her role as Co-Chief Executive Officer of MSREI, Lauren served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer of MSREI from 2019 until early 2022, and was named Head of MSREI Americas in 2016. Lauren joined MSREI in 2000 and has been focused on investing on behalf of MSREIs global value-add / opportunistic and regional core funds since then. She has 25 years of investing experience. Lauren graduated magna cum laude and with distinction from Yale University with a B.A. in Ethics, Politics & Economics.
