Morgan joined RIPCO Real Estate in September 2020 and is a Managing Director in RIPCO’s Manhattan office specializing in both Landlord and Tenant representation. Morgan currently represents Millennium Partners’ UWS, Lincoln Square portfolio with over 100,000 SF of available space. Within this portfolio, Morgan has completed significant transactions with the School Construction Authority for 40,000 square feet at 1972 Broadway, along with NYU Langone for 30,000 square feet at 1980 Broadway. Morgan also represents Empire State Realty Trust’s Manhattan retail portfolio, successfully securing and negotiating deals with several high-profile Tenants including AT&T, Calzedonia, and Panera Bread. On the Tenant side, Morgan works with a variety of businesses ranging from apparel to health/wellness brands, to fitness and food concepts including H&M, Ralph Lauren, Karl Lagerfeld and Silver Mirror Facial Bar.
