Mr. Schwartz joined Meridian in 2019 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s New Jersey office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Schwartz worked at a New Jersey-based holding company where he managed the company’s acquisitions and financing. Mr. Schwartz also spent two years as a financial analyst.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Schwartz has negotiated more than $200 million in financing covering multifamily, office, and other property types across the United States.
Mr. Schwartz holds a degree in Talmudic Studies from the prestigious Beth Medrash Govoha.
