Mitch Veremeychik joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 as an Associate - Capital Markets. Mitch specializes in the sale of multi-tenant retail properties throughout Colorado. During his time with the Denver Capital Markets Team, Mitch has been responsible for a wide range of tasks throughout the brokerage continuum, including but not limited to, financial analysis, market research, due diligence management, marketing, and business development. Throughout his first four years of brokerage, Mitch has participated in the sale of over $520M in transaction volume and is now fully concentrated on the brokerage of private capital multi-tenant shopping centers. Mitch's prior professional experience includes time with Denver wealth advisory firm, Carnick & Kubik. During his employment, Mitch participated in the analysis and deployment of $600 million of various equities and fixed income investments. Mitch is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance, as well as a real estate certificate from the Leeds School of Business. Mitch is a member of ICSC.
