Mitch Helfman joined MRH in 1999 has been an integral part of the expansion of the industrial division, consistently contributing to year over year growth of the practice. Mitch has worked extensively on both landlord and tenant/user representation assignments for companies such as Barnes and Noble, Porcelanosa, Media Sciences, and Mitsui Foods International. Mitch is considered by his peers to be the dean of industrial and hi-tech markets in Northern New Jersey, Rockland and Westchester County. Mitch’s clients are known to be extremely loyal who come back to him time and time again. Prior to joining MRH, Mitch was a senior project manager for a publicly traded medical software company.
