Miles started his retail leasing career in New York City in 2000. He has completed retail lease transactions and investment sales throughout the 5 boroughs and lower Westchester County. Recent Landlord assignments include the leasing of the 300,000 square foot Throggs Neck Shopping Center and is currently heading the leasing team for the newly renovated Bruckner Commons in the Soundview section of the Bronx. Miles’ experience in Landlord representation also includes transactions with Acadia Realty, Blumenfeld, Chase Enterprises, L&M Development Partners, Related Companies, Simone Development, Urban Edge Properties, and Vornado. Notable tenant representation includes Starbucks, Chase Bank, TD Bank, McDonald’s, Smashburger, Party City, and Dollar Tree Stores. Miles has been with RIPCO since 2008 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
