Mike Wilson is a Principal in the Chicago office of Avison Young. Mike focuses on Capital Markets and Corporate Finance Advisory for property owners throughout North America. Mike has represented both institutional and private equity clients in investment property sales, as well as working with corporate and user clients in sale-leaseback transactions totaling over $8Billion. Mike helps lead the Capital Market practices with focuses on both Healthcare Real Estate and Industrial Properties. Mike’s client list includes some of the most well- known owners, developers, and institutions as well as physician groups and health systems. MPrior to working with Avison Young, Mike helped to initiate the Capital Markets Group of Grubb & Ellis and before that was a top producer at another national investment brokerage firm.
